Hi due to being in isolation because of Covid 19, we do not have the home internet where we are and I am trying to change the place attached to my mobile number.

 

I have change things online but not sure how he process went

 

Want I wanted was

number ending in 106 - $100 plan

number ending in 028 -$100 plan

number ending in 298 - $100 plan

number ending in 353 - $60 plan

 

Can you please confirm that this is what I have

As a public forum unfortunately no one here can help with confirming your account details via this method. It will show the plan each service is on in the app or website. But if you needed to confirm 132200 and speak to the sales team is your best bet.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.

Setup direct debit
