Post paid activation
Hi there. I ported in to a 12 month plan, got my email yesterday arvo to say activation complete and to put the sim in and it will start working. Nope it doesn't. Not activated. Been on the app chat since yesterday, replies are few and far between even as it was marked urgent. Any suggestions? I understand activation takes 24-48 hours but the email suggests otherwise. Telstra outsource support is absolutely pathetic.
