I received an email from Telstra on Jan 4 2021 removing my daughter from my account without my authority. 
please reinstate her as a Full Authroitu immediately

Crowdsupport is not an official Telstra support channel (other than for Sports Streaming products). Nobody here has access to account information.


The removal notification was probably generated as you need to reauthorise contacts every couple of years (it is not a permanent authorisation).


You will need to contact Telstra either by calling 132200 or by sending a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). If the bot doesn't understand the query, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human. It can take a few hours to get an initial response.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
