Return phone

I have recently upgraded my phone via the lease plan and have to return my old handset. I wasn’t sent the return satchel so how do I return the phone

I have upgraded my phone and need to return my old leased phone but I never received the return satchel how do I return it

You should contact the source of the order eg website sales etc and request a satchel. If by phone, ask for an Interaction number eg: INTxxxxxxxxxxxxx so if your bill is irregular... you have proof.
