Siebel Staff Account

I am a staff member who has her whole family on her Siebel staff account. I was waiting until EOFY to port across my husband's number onto our family account however I have been advised all online sales are now Console - which is not the system my staff account is in.


Is there any way I can port him onto my Siebel account? According to the intranet I can go instore to do this, however we are in lockdown and cannot go in store. 


Disappointed we weren't informed of this change over.
