SIM activation.

Can anyone tell my why it’s taken 4 days and still the new SIM I have purchased hasn’t been activated. I have contacted Telstra via the 24/7 app numerous times without help. Now it seems I am unable to message.

Can anyone else help?

If that does not solve it, and considering that the online support appears to not be helping you, I would suggest that you visit a Telstra Store and ask for help. It’s usually best to make an appointment nowadays.
