I've  I put a order in for a new BYO plan I've got the confirmation email on Thursday but Still haven't received anything about SIM card being sent

You generally don't, it normally appears in the post a few days later.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

 You will need to contact Telstra either via 132200, Facebook or Twitter.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

I ordered new home broadband and on the 15/03/2020 and got a confirmation email with an order reference number but still have not received an order number to say my order has been processed. Unable to contact anybody at Telstra.

Yeah that's pretty much like me mate  don't know what's  happening 

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
