Sim Not Activated & NO ONE at Telstra can help or wants to

Day 4 of waiting for Telstra to activate Sim Card.

Signed up for a $55 Post paid plan, which involved porting a number from Vodafone.

Sim delivered by StarTrack on Monday 25th morning.

App still shows Sim Hardware delivery in "Transit" so the Activation option is not available online (web/app).

Have spoken to about a dozen people (every Telstra number I can find) and messaged as many times. Each time having to re-tell/re-write the story. "Sim card received, please activate".

Everyone tells me a ticket has been raised and they are escalating. Wait another 24 hours.

I was even told to call Startrack & ask them to update the delivery status!!!

- Shouldn't that be your job Telstra!!

- I actually did the above on Day 1 and Startrack status shows "Delivered". Somehow Telstra didn't get he memo. Startrack advised Telstra needs to call if there is an issue as it's completed in their system.

Even called Vodafone and they have already released the number.

Anyone has any suggestions, a number of the provisioning team, Telstra CEO's details?

Telstra do have a webpage regarding lodging a complaint.
