Hi, placed an order on 31 Mar. Checked order tracker today with order number sent to me in the email. Says "Unfortunately, we're unable to locate that confirmation number. Please check that it's correct and try again. If you placed your order in the last 24 hours, your number and order status may not yet be available." Tried to call Telstra support was disconnected. Went to a Telstra shop, they couldn't help. Would just like to know if there is an order in the system.
