Staff Connect Plan after Redundancy
My role at Telstra was recently made redundant (in July 2019) and I am now stuck with a Staff Connect plan with no information on what options I have available to me. Calling HR doesn't help as they are reading off scripts and the Staff Connect plan no longer exists. Does anyone know who might be able to provide advice please ?

The procedure has been that you do this through your direct line manager.
If my advice is a solution, please acknowledge it.
