I work for Telstra.
I currently have the $40 Staff connect plan which I was told you receive a data sim for free with it.
Therefore on my bill I should have a $40 rebate for the Plan and a $10 rebate for Data Sim.
I've been charged for the Data Sim $10 per month.
Where is the information about the Staff Connect Plan as I can not find it to be able to receive the credit on my bill.
The staff connect plan became TOM on 1 April 2019. I obtained my Staff Connect Plan on 27 March 2019.
