Switching from Pre Paid to Post Paid online without visiting store?

Hello Telstra,

 

The current $30 pre paid plan is very restrictive and not very competitive at all...

the 5GB gets used up very quickly.

Is there any other alternative other than the 40GB $55 p/m plan How does an existing customer change from Pre-Paid to a the $55 Post Paid plan?

 

I tried to do this online but it gets to a step and tells me to go visit a store??? It does not allow this via the app either...I want to do this online without visiting a store.  PLEASE ADVISE?

You can chase it up via the My Telstra app, use the "Get Help" icon at the bottom of the screen and leave a message. That will go in a queue and be answered as soon as they can.
