Telstra One Number with Staff Connect plan

Have finally managed to get Telstra One Number provisioned  for my service which is on a legacy Staff Connect Plan.  However after multiple calls to Telstra they still cannot tell m what else might be required to get cellular working on my Apple Watch.  Have already reset and re paired the watch and ensured that I am on the latest iOS patch level ......  phone still says my account is incompatible with Apple Watch and to call Telstra?  Suggestions please!

Yes, you can call Telstra to verify if your account is eligible with the Telstra One Number. As far as I know, some Enterprise account might not be eligible for this kind of service.


If you have a 13 digit account number and starts with 2000, usually it is compatible.


But it is best to speak with them so that they can further check your mobile account in the system.
