How can I move credit from a previous account to a new account?
My previous account was a monthly account and now I have a new number and a Pre Pay Account.
I have $22.50 credit on the no longer connected / now terminated account. How can I move that credit to my new Pre Pay Account and have the old account closed?

Given the way Prepaid plans work now (no actual credit - just allowances), it may be easier just to ask for a refund of the credit in the old account.
Send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). If the bot doesn't understand the query, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human. It can take a few hours to get a response but you get notified through your phone.
The refund itself takes around 10 business days to be processed.
