Trying to create new account.
So wanted to switch to a more stable carrier, surely Telstra will have the best right.. Anyways created a Telstra ID, attempted to purchase a SIM-only plan, website will never take me through to purchase it properly, keeps asking me for an account number which I don't have since I don't have an account with Telstra yet. Tried calling customer service and it asks me to enter a bloody account number so wtf am I meant to do.
