Unable to change Mobile Plan , using online tools.

I have Mobile plans on old Staff Connect $39 Plan , that i cannot Upgrade using the Telstra App online tools.

Short of going into a Store i cannot find a way to change the plans ?

I want to keep the current mobile numbers as they are in use by family members.

I am seriously considering cancelling all my services with Telstra given the poor support .. especially in these difficult times.
