Unable to order Pre-Paid SIM Starter Kit

I am unable to order a $40 Pre-Paid SIM Starter Kit on-line

I go through the order process and at the end it says 'Sorry, we are unable process your order. For assistance, please visit your nearest Telstra store'.

 

I ordered 1 no problem, should have ordered 2 at the time - my error.

Now that I'm trying to order 2nd sim I keep getting the above error message.

 

I've tried twice to get help from their "Chat" and had no success whatsoever!

 

Anyone have any advice??

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Um, not helpful sorry.  I ordered online for a reason......so I don't have to go into a Telstra Store.

Well, the error message is telling you what the course of action is. So off to the store it is.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

No, actually, cancellation is what it is.  As I said, I order online for a reason.  I cannot get to a store.

Well, it won't be cancellation as you haven't been able to purchase anything to be able to cancel.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.

Setup direct debit
