Unable to use netwoork
I cant ring/message out or access the internet. Everytime I try to ring some one, telstra says" the number you have called is unavailable from this service". I cant ring anyone. and so far no one can contact me. whats going on?

i'd call uhmm sounds like incoming caller restrictions.
call 125111 say accounts it should let you dial that and get them to check for credit management barring or if its a prepaid if it's been activated

First thing would be to ask if your bill has been paid, if not then pay it and it should dissapear in a few days, you can also speak with LiveChat to get the reason (but may need to speak to Credit Management to actually make the changes if any are needed).
