Telstra gave me a link to unscribe from mob fun which says to simply press my profile to unscribe it's anything but simple as nothing opens when you do this

I would really appreciate any one that can help I'm being charged $2.95 a month for a service not even going any more pocket news and I've spent over two hours on the phone to Telstra being transferred from one dept to the next thought I finally had it solved but can get the unscribe to come up as prompted on terms and condition
