Update mobile plan

I have received multiple text messsges to say 

Sorry Peter, we couldn't update 0437....... to our $55 Telstra Upfront Mobile Plan 40GB. We'll let you know when we can move you over. To find out more, visit


This has been going on for a year or do

what do I need to do to move it over?

Me too! Weird thing is I think I'm already moved across to that plan. Messages keep coming though, doesn't inspire confidence in their IT department 😔

Contact Telstra and see if they can swap you over to the upfront plans. There has been a delay is some of the of the older plan being able to be swapped.
