I have an iPhone 5c on a plan.
My plan finishes September of 2015.
I am curious as to when I would be able to upgrade to the iPhone 6. Whether I have to wait a year, or if I can do it earlier. (And what additional charges I would have to pay - I already know that I will have to pay more).

You can upgrade your plan in the last 90 days of the plan with no penalty, if you wish to upgrade earlier than this, you can do this, you will be required to pay the remainder of any Handset and Accessories out as well as a $50 Early Recontracting Fee.
