Upgrading Question

My mother in law has a letter telling her to upgrade her sim to 3G or 4G before her current phone becomes inactive, she is on a 5cent plan, can I buy her a Telstra pre-paid phone from my supermarket and then take her to a Telstra store to get her a new SIM for it please?

Yes, you can get a replacement SIM card from a Telstra Store. Just go to the store and ask for a SIM Replacement and they should be able to help you with a new sim and swap it over... it takes them about 2-5 min in total and it would generally be active in about 15min (though sometimes longer).

They would also be able to help you with the full range of Telstra Pre-Paid phones if you wanted to take care of it all in one go.
