What happened to customer service

what ever happen to customer service with Telstra, you can't even talk to a person anymore and no-one  replies to the text option, if Telstra can't support call centres working from home what does it say about other businesses or is it because it all outsources overseas......

You try to upgrade to a 5G plan and your just left in limbo after leaving the store...

The easiest way to upgrade your plan is via your My Account. Log into your My Account here https://tel.st/5x3ln;

Once logged in, in the top left of the page, click on the "Services". Click on "Manage Mobile" (or other device you want to check). Then on the next page, scroll down to "Device repayment" and click on "Repayment Details". This will list your current contract status and how much you would need to pay out if upgrading early. From there you will also have an "Upgrade" option.
