Wrong phone delivered!

So I recently ordered an IPhone XS 256GB through upgrading my current mobile plan. You could imagine my confusion when I had a parcel delivered from Telstra and opened it to find a GOOGLE PIXEL 4 phone!? 

I can somewhat imagine the chances of maybe receiving the wrong colour iPhone or size etc.. but a completely different phone?? How can a mistake like this be made? And how can I solve this? There seems to be a real lack of support service at the moment. Frustrating all round.
