A 'black spot' is where Telstra indicates it has mobile or mobile broadband coverage but it does not perform to expectations, such as the line may drop out, the call may have poor reception or there may be little or no reception at all.
Before completing and submitting the below web form for a black spot report we ask that you perform these basic troubleshooting checks as they will ensure common basic problems are found and solved without delay.
