Arcadyan modem fault
Getting really annoyed with telstra support, my modem has been in backup mode, blue light slow speeds no port forwarding for days now after a few reboots. Security cameras not available off site and that is a nuisance. The telstra website is crap and leads you round in circles. I will be adding my problems to the ombudsman's long list of issues about this cesspit of service.

Not a great experience for you..
If you want some help to troubleshoot, can you advise what sort of service you have and what lights are showing on the modem and any other NBN device you have?
As you know, 4G backup mode is invoked with a NBN service failure, so some trouble shooting might help determine where the problem is.
Too many devices, probably an addict 🙂 also a tinkerer and developer of stuff..
Not with Telstra, just another customer like you!
