Can't get front green light on supplied modem



I've just plugged in my Telstra Smart Modem 2.0 and can only get the blue light, no green light.

I've turned the modem off an on again, also checked that the username and password are correct (they definitely are as the system is providing internet, just through the Mobile Backup connection. It also has all five solid green lights on at the back for online, WAN/DSL, Mobile Mode, Mobile Signal, and Phone. The modem settings shows the LTE status as online, but ADSL status as offline. 


I know the phone line works, as it was connected to TPG this morning without issue, unplugged their modem and plugged in the Telstra modem but can't get the illusive green light.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what else to try? Thanks

You might still be connected to TPGs ADSL port in the exchange. Is your order shown as completed. You can check the status of your order in Telsra My account.
