Can’t login in to 10.0.0.138

When I try and login to 10.0.0.138 I put in all my right details and it said it is  invalid username or password and then I tried all this admin stuff that I do not get.

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

I'm not sure what modem you are using? But have you tried the reset button on the modem @Mitchell21 which would then also reset the login to default.

If its ADSL it would also reset your connection details that will need to be put back in as well.

Factory resetting the modem so it restores the default settings.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Re: Can’t login in to 10.0.0.138

Have you tried the following combinations?

admin/admin or
admin/password or
admin/blank (no password)
admin/telstra or
admin/Telstra

If non of those worked are you sure modem has reset. To rest use bent paper clip and press reset button for at least 10 seconds while modem is powered on. Modem should reboot.

@Mitchell21 What type of modem are you using?

Sounds like your not holding the reset button in long enough.
