I made and new Wifi order on 18th March , I’ve receive the modem on 25th March , but until now still unconnected, the modem front  light is still blue light, I been call so many time to your customer service , but still doesn’t work!


I’ve call so many times to your customer service department, long waiting, every time I’m waste at least 2hours for waiting you guys pick up phone , even after talk to you guys in the phone the problem didn’t solve ! I’m really disappointed with TELSTRA!
