Had a dja0231 for a couple of years now and has been working like clockwork. Today I suddenly find that while ethernet is working fine still, WiFi connections do not have internet access on either 2.4G or 5G bands. I have restarted router via both interface and power-down with no joy. Nor does restarting devices seem to help. Via my Surface Pro 6, I get intermittent access but various laptops, tablets and phones give nothing.
Ideas? (Please don't use big words, I am a simple, old fart!)

Thanks for responding guys. Yes, the green light was up. And we had internet via ethernet just not WiFi which confused us. If it was a Telstra problem then why did we have access via ethernet but not on our home WiFi ...?
But it is no longer a problem (yay!). Everything came back a while ago and all our laptops, etc are happy again - as are their owners
Was this helpful?
- Yes it was, thank you

Re: dja0231 suddenly not giving internet access via WiFi
Is the front light on the modem blue or green?
