Dumb question re modem and Fetch TV
I am in the unenviable position of having purchased 2 Fetch TVs as a replacement to Tivo. I set up extenders (or wharever they are) to ensure wi fi for both boxes and so they can talk to each other.
There is no contact centre support and the last few days some channels just disappeared, the remote wouldn't turn the box on or off (yes i changed the batteries), then all lights went out so i have repeatedly unplugged everything on the box and the modem.
Then i unplugged the modem and cant remember if I am meant to use the WAN point (red slot on the modem) or the GdE slot?
Anyone have any experience with Fetch TV ?
