Gateway Max 2 connection problems
I am having an issue with a new Gateway Max 2 I received yesterday.
According to the Admin interface it is connected, I can use its diagnositc tools to ping Google's DNS servers, but all devices connected to the WiFi report the connection is good, but there is no internet. It worked for about 30 minutes when I first turned it on, and then it rebooted, and now nothing. I tried a factory reset and the same result. My home phone works and the DECT handset I've paired with it work as they should though.

Re: Gateway Max 2 connection problems
Hi Nicko727,
If a factory default is also not letting the modem connect through then technical support would be the next step to check into the network configuration on the connection on 1800834273
