Gateway Max Login

I have just installed a new gateway max, and when i go to mygateway it is asking for a user name and password. Do I need to register for this somewhere? It is obviously not my bigpond user name? Help!

Try "admin" for user name and "password"for password.

or "admin" for both.

But they should be in your modem users guide.

Ah - that "reading the instructions properly" error.....thanks chrodo - will double check when I get home.
