Gateway modem TG797n v3 wireless not working after unplanned outage

After yesterday's unplanned internet outage by Telstra I can't get the wireless to work on my modem.  The other modem lights are green (apart from the Eco one which is blue), but no light at all next to wireless. I have tried the soft reboot - turn off, plug out for longer than 30 seconds but still no wireless.  I am not tech savvy - any suggestions as to what I should do??

Not sure if it's relevant but we are connected through NBN.

Press the ECO button and it will turn the WiFi back on
