Gateway Pro (netgear V7610) Unable to connect to Internet
I've got a Testra Gateway Pro (rebadged Netgear V7610) brand new but unable to connect to internet.
Currently not with Telstra, therefore set it up manually with PPPOE for Spintel.
Although I have a DSL connection established, I am unable to connect to internet.
Any advice is highly appreciated.

Hi - I take it you are referring to an NBN VDSL service rather than an ADSL service and you have also entered your Spintel User Account ID and Password into the field and SAVED the setting. Does a modem restart show that the settings have been successfully applied?
Have you contacted Spintel Support to seek assistance - they have very good support pages on all sorts of BYO modems, including Telstra Gen 2s, but don't list the V7610 in their list of Netgear models.
