green light on Telstra smart modem but can’t connect

I have recently had NBN installed. Received my Telstra smart modem (FTTC) and set that up per the instructions. 

I have all blue lights on the NBN box and green on the Telstra smart modem indicating it’s connected but when I use a WiFi device nothing. Can’t connect to the internet. Can log into the modems page and says it’s connected but still nothing.

An update on this. Via online help a Telstra person told me it won’t connect because the order isn’t showing up as “complete” yet. 

When I asked how and when it would complete they said there’s no “timeframe.” 

That seems absolutely ridiculous. I have everything hooked up and ready to go and need the internet for WFH
