http://10.0.0.138 not working

Hi there, i am trying to set up my telstra gateway modem and i need to activate it but the http://10.0.0.138 is not working, it just says its timed out.

Hey @Tahneel3,

 

Have you got a laptop or other computer you can connect via ethernet to the router, and have you got DHCP setup on your device or a permanent IP address?

 

 

What browser are you using?
