I have a red light on my nbn fibre box. Internet and telephone are down.
As per the title. I need someone from technical support to contact me because I think the issue is the fibre connection may have come loose. This issue is not related to today's big DNS meltdown on the 2/8/2020. Nobody is answering on the telstra phone number and the live chat is also pointless always wanting me to go through the smart diagnosis and not putting me through to a technician.
