Could you provide more details about your internet issues?

Most of the people here are customers like you.

Just trying to help others.

I don't work for Telstra, Never have, I am just a Telstra customer like you.
So the advice I give is my own, In my own time, Guided by my own experience/knowledge.
Which I am always happy to be corrected on.

Have you reported it? Use the My Telstra app on your phone, go to Get Help, then click on the blue chat window icon...


It won't get fixed if they don't know about it, unless it is an outage across an area..


You could also try https://fix.telstra.com/?red=social-care-d954524-lithium-23582799-20201110-public  but without the internet working, that probably won't work.


This forum is CrowdSupport - Telstra customers helping each other, and NOT a proper Telstra support service.. and there is no billing or account access.


If you do have questions for this forum, it is better to provide a bit more info - what sort of service, what sort of problem, what troubleshooting or action you have take etc.  so we can be of better assistance to you..
