Internet problems

Hey, this is Charlie and about 2 to 3 weeks ago my Internet started cutting out regularly every 10 to 15 minutes and I was hoping someone could help me with it. This is my event log which might help and my modem is a TG797n v3 . By the way I'm not computer illiterate so if you give me instructions I can do something manually if it helps.

Means nothing to me Smiley Wink need to grab line stats ect.. Have you followed all the relevant isolation tests?
