Modem not available
Have been waiting 2 weeks for a modem to be delivered. Was told it woukd be delivered on 3 separate occasions.....Rang Thursday (14/8/2019) told it would be express delivered today (17/8/2019) Rang to check and guess what? No modems available They are on back order and will take another 2 weeks!!! Why don't they you say that instead of lying to you 3 times?
Is it possible to go to mynlocal Telstra shop with my order number and collect a modem from there?

Disappointing to read that you were promised a delivery date that we were unable to keep.
If the modem is part of an order or a replacement for a faulty modem they are unable to be supplied by the Telstra store.
