Moved Back to Australia From Overseas
to cut a long story short - I’ve moved back to Australia from the UK. Tried my old SIM card and it’s saying “SOS Only”.
Logged into my account on Telstra 24/7 and it’s saying no accounts are there, and my profile is showing my first ever phone number which is not my most recent Aussie number. Can’t update it obviously because I need to verify it by receiving a text to my phone!
- Should I order a new sim (I’m in quarantine currently)
- If I order this new sim, how do I make sure that it will be my most recent number and not the number that’s listed on my profile?

Was your service Postpaid or Prepaid?
How long since you last used the number or did a recharge?
Too many devices, probably an addict :-) also a tinkerer and developer of stuff..
Not with Telstra, just another customer like you!
