Re: My internet is working but I have a blue light on front of my modem
Restart your modem to see if it reconnects (front light will go green) to the landline connection.
If it doesn't, then a call to 1800 834 273 or sending a message using the My Telstra app will be required to get it investigated.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
