My internet is working but I have a blue light on front of my modem

My internet is working I have all green lights on the back but I have a blue light on the front why?

NBN could be down and it has reverted to 4G backup.

Restart your modem to see if it reconnects (front light will go green) to the landline connection.

 

If it doesn't, then a call to 1800 834 273 or sending a message using the My Telstra app will be required to get it investigated.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
