Which signal is orange?
If it is the mobile signal, that isn't a major problem.. you can still get decent service at lower signal.
If you have a problem with your internet service and your mode has switched into 4 G mode, that would result in a low speed - you should still have internet but a a slower speed. it should be fine for browsing and email etc., but maybe streaming and gaming could be affected, including multiple users..
What problem are you experiencing with your email? Is it all devices or is it just one device having trouble. Are all affected devices using wi-fi? Have you tried a cable to use devices ti see if they work?
