I have no internet for the pass month because of the cable broadband transition to nbn. Due to this Telstra has process half my order and could not install NBN for me. Now I am stuck with a smart modem with a red light no back up internet and I called Telstra many times and they can't do anything. They just keep hand balling to the next department for the pass 3 weeks. At the start I was able to use my backup internet but now the modem does not even connect. Someone please help me with this crappy service.
