NBN Installation

I have NBN with Optus and I am moving across to Telstra to get higher speeds. I submitted my order on the 8 Feb and they supplied a delivery date of 11 Feb. I realise Covid-19 apparently slows things down but should I be waiting 11 days+ (22 Feb will be Monday) for the equipment to turn-up? What do I do noting Telstra is completely unresponsive on its chat function regarding the actual delivery date. I also presume the service thereafter is going to be atrocious given my current experience. Hence, I am somewhat concerned/frustrated.
