Hi there,

I have noticed the ad for the new Telstra Modem which also has 4G backup.  How is this available for existing customers?  I still have my original Telstra Modem from when I connected to NBN some years ago.

You can order one. They are $216 outright or $9 per month for 24 months.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
