NBN or Telstra modem drop out issues

Hi There,

 

In the last few weeks my NBN telstra Cable internet keeps dropping out every night around 8-10 pm. Ony way it comes back up is if I restart the NBN gateway modem and the reset the Telstra router. 

 

This is very frustrating as when i was on cable and no NBN this never happened.

 

Please provide a solution or fix??

If the NBN modem is requiring a restart to get it to connect again, it sounds like it may be faulty.

 

You would be best to call 1800 834 273 and see if they can get NBN Co to replace it for you.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
