NBN speed in bowden sa

I have just changed my home internet plan from cable to fiber to the node. My plan is for 44Mbps. Tonight I am receiving 3.7 Mbps. This is frustrating! Unable to stream a movie. Have tried contacting Telstra but have not received a reply. Are customers expected to pay for this?

What colour are the lights on your modem?

 

If you go to 192.168.0.1, and log in, what do your connection stats say about the maximum and actual line speeds (and the connection type)?

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
