nbn stupidity

after having ussues with nbn for over a week with no real understanding or help from telstra having been given links to services which don't work or unable to email us back we were finally told by a representative that it was our modem which was out of warranty and we had to buy new one only to have same issues after then talking to another nbn representative and talking to him for over an hour we were finally connected now who's going to remount me for the money we paid and the over a week with no service having to go over data on my phone I have tried to message but they can't even connect me to that
